Uterus tightening
That is the best way I can describe it. I feel it tighten and get hard and relax. I am almost 9 weeks, is this normal to feel? Kind of like a congested feeling, if that makes sense.

Yep, I had the same thing. Wait until you get further along and you feel all the pulling and stretching of the ligaments, that's interesting!!
