I feel so bad !!
I live in an appartment complex and I have for 8 yrs now and the lady downstairs from me was a good friend and my kids loooove her ! Well a couple of months ago she got a dog and well he isnt trained at all and jumps on us and bites and scratches  yesterday we were outside and the dog jumped on my 4yr old and almost nipped her nose !! Now here comes the feel bad part my kids love her and constantly are asking to go down and visit but I refuse to go god forbid anything happens !!

That suckks!! Did you have a chat with her about training the dog to stay down- off of your kids? God forbid the dog bites any of you!!

Yeah but she just says he doesnt listen !! I have been watching that show "Its me or the dog" and have been giving her suggestions from the show but she just says she tried and it doesnt work so Im just calling it quits with her and Im going to have a chat with the kids b/c they are always asking to go down there
