Should I call the doctor? UPDATED
This morning I had an early meeting in NYC for work. On my way to work I stopped and got a bagel and ate it in the car. I get to the train station and buy my ticket, then remember that I left my inhaler (for my asthma) in the car. I jog (only for a few seconds) to the car and get it. Then walk back to the train. I get on the train and sit and relax. About 40 minutes into the ride, I suddenly got extremely hot, started sweating like crazy, and had the sensation that I was going to faint. This lasted for about 10 minutes, although it felt like a lifetime. I wasn't sure if I should get off the train or ask someone for help. I just drank an entire bottle of water, and then it went away. I have felt fine ever since. Do you think I should call the doctor about this?
UPDATED: I called the doctor and they want me to take it easy for the rest of the day and drink lots of water. The want to see me in the office tomorrow at 3:30pm just for a check. I hope everything is okay

Re: Should I call the doctor?
If you are worried I would call, just to ease your mind. But I think everything is fine. That happens to me every once in awhile when I am pregnant. I get hot and sweaty and I turn pale. After I drink water and sit or lie down it goes away. My doctor said it happens if you get too hot, or if you overdo it sometimes.

Re: Should I call the doctor?
definitely call the dr about it... but I suspect it was nothing. It's always good to let them know about these wierd occurances...
on sunday, I went to NYC to have lunch with my friends. when we all got up from the table, I all of the sudden felt a bit faint... It passed within a second or 2... likely due to preggo blood volume

Re: Should I call the doctor?
I called the doc today when I felt something I wasnt used to. The nurse was rather reassuring and told me I was fine. Go with your gut.
