BMilk questions
If I warm a refrigerated bottle to room temp and she doesn't eat it right away, is it ok to leave it out until she is ready to eat? I know bm is good at room temp for 8 or so hours- does that still go for milk after it is warmed up a little?

Not thawed- never frozen, just refrigerated then warmed.

I warm it because I think she is about to wake up then doesn't.
I hate to waste it but I also hate to wake her!

Re: BMilk questions
I'd stick to an hour.
I think it helps if you think of it this way if I had milk sitting out - an hour later, I would you drink it?

Medela actually says up to 10 hours so I asked my LC. She said that under complete sterile conditions the 10 hours is true but she told me not to go more than 4 hours untouched and follow the 1 hour touched rule.
ETA: Again I don't know the rules for sure on frozen though because I have never frozen my milk. Not sure if its the same as if it was just in the fridge.
