what do i have to wash??
I'm going to wash all the baby clothes up to 3 months for now. I was also thinking I should wash the blankets, towels, onesies, socks, etc. What about the bedding....I will wash the sheets, but should I also wash the bumpers and everything else? I'm afraid of ruining something!

I washed everything - clothes, burp cloths, washcloths, blankets, stuffed animals, sheets - except for the bumper! I also was afraid of ruining it.

I washed 0-3month clothes, towels, bibs, washable blankets, crib sheet, washclothes, socks, hats, but not the bumper or any crochetted type blankets.
I also boiled a couple of pacifiers!

I washed most of the 0-3 month clothes we got (didn't want to wash them all in case DD grew out of them). I also washed all the bibs, burp cloths, blankets, bedding, towels, some toys/rattles and sterlized all bottles and pacifiers.

I washed EVERYTHING.... As much as my washer could handle that way it would all be done and over with!

The only thing I washed beddign wise was the sheets. Also wash the covers for the changing table, hats, no scratch mittens, etc.

I washed all the 0-3 month clothes (both gifts and hand-me-downs), the bibs, burp cloths, blankets, towels and bedding, including bumper and bed skirt. I just wanted to get it all out of the way.
The bumper was washed & dried and is a-okay! Just can't secure it all around the crib until DS gets here since my belly is too big to reach the far side of the crib against the wall. DOH!
