I'm huge
I went to a shower this weekend where the mom to be is due before me and I was markedly bigger.
I feel like I have exploded these last few weeks.... and I have been steadily gaining weight all along so it is not like I was ever carrying small.
No wonder I am winded and tired all the time.
I am scared to go to the doc this week. I am afraid that I am going to get into trouble.
*** I know I am supposed to gain weight and all that but it is physically taking a toll on me and now it is kind of weighing on me emotionally.

I'm sure you look amazing!
I was in the mall last week and someone asked me what my due date was. When I told him the shock and horror on their face was priceless. She responded with "I thought you were going to say next week" 
No, ignorant lady, I still have another trimester thank you very much.

Dont worry, Iam sure you are doing just fine. People carry different. People say to me- oh your pregnant???, then touch my belly and say....WHOO when are you do in a few wks? I say NO, the beginning of July but thank you..

I'm also carrying really big and it had gotten to the point that I try to hide my belly so that people don't ask me when I am due and then faint in shock when I say July. People suck.

You probably look fantastic!! I am sorry that you are so tired and worried. My SIL started out as a thin girl and ended up gaining 60 pounds with my nephew- her first! The doctor kept telling her that she needs to watch her weight and she asked him how much weight did his wife gain with their children... he said something like 70+. My SIL never stopped enjoying her Haagen Dazs habit! I wouldn't worry... I am sure the baby is healthy and happy inside of you and when it is time for him/her to come out, you will be able to lose the weight then.

I was huge too. I got a few comments about having twins. In the end I had a nearly 10lb baby and lost 30 of my 50 pounds in about 2 weeks.
If your dr isnt concerned I say enjoy your pregnancy and try not to worry too much!
