We're having an open house at our co-op today. It's been on the market for a year and it's been very tough carrying two mortgages, the stress is getting to me. My DH is a worry wart so I try to keep my feelings quiet but with a baby on the way and things financially tight it's been adding to my sleepless nights. We never thought it would take this long to sell. Please wish us luck!

OMG - Best of luck to you. DH were facing the same predicament, but thankfully it looks like we will only carry two mortgages for 1-2 months.
