So I'm a dork and I locked myself out of the house!
I came home from dropping my son off at school, I ran my bag of stuff and my purse and my hot coffee, left it all on the counter... along with my keys, went back outside to get Mallory out of the car and I had locked myself out of the house... my keys, my purse and my phone were all in the house  meanwhile it's 25 degrees outside! I tried the windows, the sliding glass doors and of course our basement tenant wasn't home!!!None of the neighbors were home so I had to walk to my Moms, which thank god is only a 5 minute walk and get in through her garage to call her to come let me in my house! Thank god the baby was bundled up and I had my sling with me and her blankie! Oh what a day!

I'm sorry but I was laughing cuz it sounds like something that would happen to me. What a way to start the day. Good thing mom lives near you.

I can laugh about it now, but I wasn't laughing as I was walking and FREEZING on the way to my Moms.... at least Mallory was warm
