Funny thing said by a jewelry salesperson
I was getting a new chain for my locket the other day and the saleslady behind the counter says to me:
Saleslady: "Congratulations, when are you due?"
Me: "April 16"
Saleslady: "Do you know what you're having?"
Me: "Yes, it's a girl"
Saleslady: "You know, it is never too early to start decorating your baby with diamonds"
Ummmm, decorating my baby?

well, start with diamond encrusted fingernails and toenails, and go from there

we must go to the same jeweler!!
I just bought myself a pair of diamond earrings and she asked me the same questions, except I'm having a  .
She said "oh too bad, if it was a girl, we could have made her little matching diamond earrings like mommy's"
