I feel so guilty...

I was driving to work and I was about an hour late because of the traffic. Right around the corner from my job I see a dog on the side of the road (in a residential community) sniffing around. He looked kinda pudgy but also thin at the same time. It was weird. If I see an animal on the side of the road I usually stop so I can call the ASPCA. But, I was so late for work and I’d get in trouble if I showed up any later than I already was. I feel so guilty that I didn’t stop. I can’t get this poor pooch out of my head. I just hope someone else stopped or came out of their house and saw him.

Hopefully someone did. Maybe you can call now? You could give them a description and if he/she is still wandering around they can help the dog.

Don't feel guilty, it isn't your responsibility to save all the dogs in the world. Hopefully someone else called, don't put so much pressure on yourself.

I always stop, would feel guilty if I did not.
