Braxton Hicks
Are they ususally just in one spot or all across your stomach? Do they only last a few seconds?

Re: Braxton Hicks
I've read that they can last from 15-30 seconds. I have started getting them and its a tightening of my whole uteris/stomach.
Here are a few articles with more details.

Re: Braxton Hicks
To me, it feels like a wave of tightness comes over my belly, it gets really hard and then it releases. Mine usually last like 20-30 seconds and I can get a few in an hour, then go days without any.
