laptop info needed
I am looking for a laptop mainly just to go online with. Any ideas? What do I need to do this besides the laptop.

if that's your main function, and you're not going to do any gaming, photoshop.... any basic model laptop will do.
just about every laptop will have a decent built-in WiFi card.... if you want to watch movies, make sure you have a DVD drive. for movies, you might want to consider a 17" screen... just keep in mind those laptops are heavier and bulkier... not as convenient to schlep about as a 15" or smaller monitor.
I like vaios.... because they're very reliable... but frankly, they're also a bit more pricy, and usually have a lot of $$$ extras you don't need (great graphics cards, duo core processors)
