does anyone have a maltese with alergies?

I am going nuts. I am trying to find the best food for her, I use the hills dry low allergy. And baby food meat sticks!! Sometimes she eats it and sometimes no. I cant get her on a good schedule either. Sometimes she wakes up hungry and sometimes she doesn't eat till 6:00 at night and then at 12 midnight!! She also throws up bile the next morning if I dont feed her late. And now she is getting fat!! I am trying everything!! She has me wrapped around her little finger.

What food is triggering the allergies? Have you tried any of the holistic foods like Merrick or Wellness?

No its chicken so far that I have a definate answer on due to elimination. I was told the blood test are not that reliable and also very very expensive. may have to do it anyway if It gets worse. I have not tried any hollistic yet. She hates everything and will not eat wet food believe it or not.

Well that is a good start. The reason I was asking is that many dogs also have a corn allergy, and many foods are corn-meal based.
