I swear I'm cursed....
I have a drs appt tomorrow morning to discuss the best way for us to proceed. My Dr. has been out for at least the last 2 weeks... the first week was vacation and last week he was sick.
I call the office today to see if I can stop the provera at day 10 (last night) instead of going thru to day 14 b/c it always give me such a horrible/crampy/heavy AF and I do a little better on 10 days of pills.
I guess the regular receptionist is out today and there's a fill in who knows nothing about what provera is, what it does, how long you take it,etc... so she proceeds to tell me that my dr is out for the entire week and she just left me a message at my house canceling my appointment!!!!
The other dr. put me on the provera and I'll be done w/ it on Thurs which means I'll most likely have AF on either friday or the weekend, if not before. I've had the cramps for days so I know she's just waiting to come... 
That being said, I have NO CLUE what to do now. Once AF comes I'm supposed to go for CD3 bloodwork-- the other dr told me to wait for my dr which is why i scheduled a consult tomorrow w/ him to figure out how to proceed.
I asked her to put in a message for the other dr to call me to see if I should just proceed w/ him only this month (and not my normal dr) b/c they like to keep 1 dr to a case (even though I feel like i've been being bounced around for months). He's the one that wants me on lupron/birth control pills before I start the injections--- but if that means waiting another cycle I don't know that that's the best answer either right now.
I wish he'd call me back so we can settle all of this. I know the provera is giving me mega moodswings and I know that's not helping. 
I just want to get going already. Vent over.

Is there an on call nurse you can talk to? I usually talk to the nurse that is assigned to me and she is usually gives me the protocol.
I hope you get answers soon!

Thanks everyone. 
Usually I do just call the nurses line--- I just know she'd tell me that she'll have to talk to the dr that I'm (still) waiting for a call back from because since the other dr is out sick, that's the only thing she'll be able to tell me. If I had a procedure lined up she could tell me the protocol but unfortunately we're still trying to figure out the best way to approach this month--- that's why I was supposed to have a consult tomorrow morning. I got the ok last week that my ovaries were back to normal after my OHSS and then cysts from my IUI/meds in Dec...
I just wish he'd call me already.
