is it normal...
to have cramping and lower back ache very early on? I'm about 4 weeks and very nervous.

when i was that early i had mild cramps- it almost felt like i was goign to get my period- Dr said that was normal...

I had cramping a few days before AF was due. It didn't really end till around 8 weeks.

I had that. Still have cramping every now and again and I am 16 weeks.

Yes very normal, I had a ton of cramps and aches and pains when I first got my BFP

I still get some cramping, pains, twinges. Don't worry unless you start to bleed, if that should happen then call your doctor. When is your first appt?

thanks for helping me feel better ladies! 
I guess because I haven't gotten my blood test results yet I'm just feeling nervous. Once they come back positive  I will make my first appointment.
