Vitamin B6
I think it may be the secret to keeping MS at bay (for me at least). I had been taking a B6 in addition to my prenatals since before TTCing. But since running out a few days ago, I've felt really nauseous. Could be a coincidence - but if you're really suffering, you might want to give it a try.

My mom actually read a study that this helps with MS(She reads all of these vitamin things because she THINKS she's a DR.)...She asked my OB at one of my appts and he did confirm that it def could work and has for many people!!!! I was just passed the MS phase by that point!

My doctor started me on B6 at my first appointment. It took about a week for it to really kick in, but it was like a gift from god! I haven't really felt the nausea anything like what it was2 weeks ago =) Yay for Vitamin B6!!!

On my list of items that are good for me B6 is listed on there. Someone else told me B6 too.
