It's 3:42am....
... And I'm on my 4th bathroom trip of the night. Can't get back to sleep.... My back is killing me.. Think I'll try the couch for a while.

How was the couch?
That's where I sleep. On an incline. I have a very perfected sleep system. I only just discovered the best position. Let me know if you fancy a diagram.

Couch was OK. I slept practically sitting up which was different. Alot easier to pull my fat arse off of that this morning than is usually is getting out of the flat bed..

yes! I was sitting up for a few nights, now I slouch a bit, with the snoogle behind and wrapped around me, and my pillow by the back of the couch. I wort of lean on that with my face.
It's so much easier to get up!
15 times a night.
