PLEASE HELP!!
I started having this horrible pain in my butt/hip yesterday to the point were i was screaming out while I was walking to go to the bathroom. It got better but is starting to hurt again. Any suggestions/exercises i could do to help? Any comments would help! Thanks!! ( I will be 9 weeks tomorrow)

i was going to suggest it might b this.. i had some really bad ones one day at work.. and i called the doc.. it was on the right side and she said it sounded like round ligament pain.. and yep.. it was sharp and painful..

I would recommend a prenatal massage but you can't have one in your first trimester.
I have had two so far and they have stretched me out and made me feel tremendously better.

Sounds like sciatica to me. I have the same thing - sometime the pain is so unbearable I can't walk, lie down or anything - no position is comfortable.
My DH will massage me, and it seems to help a little. I don't think there is anything you can take to ease the pain...
