We have talked about poor conditions for farm animals, here's a solution

I know it's important to bring attention to these matters but I really hate when people post about problems but don't help come up with solutions (not necessarily here but this happened on another board I belong to) So I decided to try to find a solution. I would definitely pay more for humanely raised meat, but just didn’t know where to go! I found this website called ‘eat wild’ and it tells you where to find meat that is raised humanely. There are none near us but there are ones that ship!

Some of them are sold in NYC greenmarkets in the spring/summer.
You think if I bought meat during the day it would survive the 1.5hr ride home? Maybe I can get one of those insulated bags, that would probably work, right?


I guess this means the stuff I have been buying at wild by nature is still terrible.
