Who's flown recently?
Did the airline require a doctors note?
DH and I are flying to Aruba when I'm 28 weeks via JetBlue - just curious if I need my midwife to write something authorizing the trip.

I would check with the airlines-some won't let you on the plane after a certain week.
It couldn't hurt to have the doctor write something up for you.

I've never needed a doctors note!  I would assume that unless you are REALLY at the end of pregnancy (up to 36 weeks), then I would get one just in case.

Nope, no note required unless you are 4 weeks or so from your due date.

Nope no note. The last time I flew I was 32 weeks. I just couldn't be seated in an Emergency Exit row seat.

i just looked online at the two carriers i am using to travel, jet blue and virgin america. both state clearly that they have no restrictions regarding pregnant women traveling, only to check with your doctor.

I flew 2wks ago at 24wks and am flying this weekend at 27-28wks. No issues.
Just make sure you drink a TON of water and walk around as much as you can.
