Okay This is BS I'm constipated!!!
This is WAAAAY to much info I keep going but I alway feel like i have to keep going!..can I give myself an enema

I wont poo for 3 days, then I poo every 5 minutes.
I htink Max Power may be pinching my intestines- like a garden hose.

My Doc told me 1 colace 2x a day. I basically did 1 a day but threw in a huge salad for dinner every night and that finally did the trick. Plus I forced the water.
