pedicure in 3rd trimester?
is it ok to get one?? I would really like to go again soon, but i'm nervous since i've heard that foot massages can lead to labor.

i get a mani pedi every 2 weeks and did hte same with my daughter. i was late with my daughter by 2 days and will let you know what happens with this baby.

Unless they're applying direct intentional pressure on the points that induce labor, you'll be fine. A good old-fashioned foot massage will feel great...go enjoy!!!

I got one the day I was going into the hospital to be induced at 41 weeks. It was heaven, and my toes looked darn cute in the hospital and all the nurses asked me what color it was  Enjoy!

Definitely go for it! I haven't had the time to get a pedicure since before I gave birth.

I have kept up with pedicures thru out my pregnancy-foot massage and all.
I had a body massage at 40 weeks and
HAD MY BABY 2 DAYS LATER!!!! I was contracting the whole time she rubbed me, I was DYING, sweating, dizzy!! But then it stopped when she was done..then my water broke less then 48 hrs later!
