Wheel Barrel & Wheelbarrow
I've checked 3 dictionaries and wheel barrel doesn't appear in any of them.
I think it's been mispronounced so long that people accept it -- and web sites use both so that they get the hits if someone types it in incorrectly.

Re: Please help
It is a "barrow" with a wheel. It appears as though the preferred spelling is without the space between wheel and barrow.
barrow (1) "vehicle for carrying a load," c.1300, barewe, probably from an unrecorded O.E. *bearwe "basket, barrow," from beran "to bear, to carry."
bar·row [bar-oh] –noun 1. a flat, rectangular frame used for carrying a load, esp. such a frame with projecting shafts at each end for handles; handbarrow. 2. a wheelbarrow. 3. British. a pushcart used by street vendors, esp. by costermongers.

Thanks all. I do think it is what you said. That the web site is spelling it both ways so that people who spell it either way can get to their site.
But the correct way is wheel barrow.
