question for those who did not bf
What did you do to get rid of your milk when it came in? How long did it take?
Thanks!

Re: question for those who did not bf
I wore tight fitting sportsbras with nursing pads inside. I also put ice on them to stop that burning sensation. It took about 2 months for them to stop leaking.

Re: question for those who did not bf
I wore a sports bra in my normal size. I didn't leak or need ice pack..I was done in a few days. I was very lucky!

Re: question for those who did not bf
I would wear a bra 24/7 and put pads in them in case of leaks which h append alot also in the shower I would let the hot water run on them and that would make some of the milk come out

Re: question for those who did not bf
Def. sports bra (I needed a back and cup size bigger than my regular bra size) with nursing pads for awhile - it was definitely a few weeks all day and night. When the pain was lessening, I still wore nursing pads with regular bras but they stay in place better with the sports bra. I felt like I leaked for a long time. In the shower, try not to let water run directly on them and keep it to the cooler side.
