I had to write to someone on my medical team about my upcoming surgery. I worked really hard on the letter being clear and concise and just perfect. I looked it over in the morning's, I worked on it in the evening's and studied it on the nights I couldn't sleep...hell I didn't take any medicine's for a bit of time to make sure my head was clear.
So I spend all this time, love and affection to the perfect email and as I hit the send button and send my baby to school for the first day.....BAM... too late
I spelled my name wrong! 
(not wrong wrong, just left off a letter but stiill, lol)
How many times the second the immediate millisecond you hit send or post or whatever is the second you do the crap the I just F***ed up feeling takes over you and for a second everything tingles, your ears burn and your cheeks blush.

All the recall feature does is alert the recipient that you messed up. In Outlook, it doesn't pull it back (I've tried..., and have had it tried with emails I've received), and if it leaves your company, there's no way you can pull it back.
I'm sure they'll figure out it's you...
