Think its still good?
I bought a package of chopped chicken, november 7th I would say, and I froze it right away. The date on the package is november 9th. Do you think it is still good? I took it out to defrost yesterday and plan to make something tonight with it. I have no idea what though lol

Yes it has - now to figure out something to make with it thats low sodium - my dad is staying with us and he has to eat healthy low sodium foods

I really cannot leave the house - my dad is here and I cannot leave him alone. He just had a defibrillator put on his heart on monday....and is staying at my house. I am working from home to take care of him

Yes - once it's frozen it will keep for a long long long time.
BUT once it is thawed, you have to cook it right away and canNOT re-freeze it (you can refreeze it after you cook it though).
