A TMI question...
Am I the only one terrified to have sex??? Not of pain or anything... my chach stayed in one piece ( c- section) but Im terrified of getting pg. again....
I do intend to have more children...but not for a long long time!!!!!!!!
I started the pill this month, and I know it takes about a month to work....I feel bad depriving DH of it for another month...but Im just to paranoid!

I was so paranoid, I made my DH go get condoms. At first I was afraid too...but it's not bad...there's no pain. I believe we waited two months before we were back at it. Believe me, I'm terrified of getting pregnant too...I had to take a test this past month.

me too! I really don't want to get pregnant yet either. I just got AF yesterday so I was able to start my pills

10 months later and I am still scared to death I dont really want to have another baby for about 3 years I am on the pill and make sure I take it everyday at the same time...I guess if I still get pregnant than god has other plans for me

I was terrified of getting PG too but we went back at it pretty much right after the 6 week checkup. We just doubled up on protection. Sometimes tripled! DH was like OMG you are paranoid!!!  But good thing we did double up because sure enough, you won't even believe it when I tell you but... one of those methods actually FAILED (TMI but yep, it broke)!!   Being that Jake was a so-called "pill baby" we were like if I was pg again from failed BC no one was going to believe us!
So my advice is DOUBLE UP!!

See, I refuse to go back on the Pill now... I don't trust it or myself on it. So I'm giving the ring another chance. The Pill will be my last resort.

15 months later I am still sccared of getting PG especially with getting married next year I to want more kids but want to wait till after I am married for my second one cuz then my daughter will be two going on three when the new baby comes

I think it said in the ring packaging that it's effective after 7 days?
I have AF now so I'm starting that soon. i'm paranoid of getting pG also -- we were so not prepared for this --- but I also am getting the feelings ALREADY that I want another baby.
I don't thikn that had aything to do with wanting sex again though. It just happened when it happened, everything else aside. We were careful though, so .... no babies here!

I'm there with ya... I went on the minipill 4 weeks after I delivered Alex... I'm not as much afraid of getting pregnant again, but more so afraid of the pain. It *still* hurts almost 10 weeks later! It never hurt this bad before... I tell DH everytime that I feel like a virgin!!

Ummmm nope you're not alone. I haven't done the deed yet and we hardley did it at all during my pregnancy. Poor DH.
I freaked out about getting pregnant the other night so that ended that. It made me decide that I am going to have to research the IUD vs the mini pill since I haven't gotten AF yet. I figured if I would just track my cycles because that has always worked fine for me before but with no AF its just too risky for me.
