What gets you through the day?
Im here at work sitting & my desk & I am afraid to blink because i'm afraid of falling asleep at my desk. I am exhausted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ETS: I would do anything right now for my bed & pillow.

I know how you feel...if I sit too long I literally have to fight to keep my eyes open.
I'll just get up and walk around if I feel extra sleepy. Other than that not much helps
