Not such a "fruitful" weekend...

I know you girls will understand this...

As you all know from my big announcement on Friday, I'm pretty sure I ovulated this weekend.

We happened to have guests in town.

The first day, all went well, but yesterday, DH wasn't up to it (pun intended LOL).

I'm really upset, because I feel like we may have blown our chance. By last night, we were both so tired and feeling like this was more of a chore than anything else.

I guess what I'm asking is--have any of your DHs had "stage fright" from this whole thing? I couldn't help but get upset, because I knew we had such a limited time window, and I'm pretty sure nothing will come of all of this...

Sorry, I guess it just didn't go the way I wanted it to go.

I understand I had many of those months, which I thought we didn't 'work' hard enough. It would be a strain on our relationship.
I just try to remember all I need is one good swimmer!

Well, look at it this way...this is just your first month of many, many months of ovulating since starting the Metformin. I haven't had the "not up for it" experience because DH is up for it anytime, anywhere, doesn't matter. He's like an 18 year old...which is another headache altogether

Just wanted to tell you to keep your head up...you're on the right road and you'll get there.

Sorry things didn't work out this weekend. But you will have plenty more chances now that the metformin is working for you!

To answer your question though, no DH has not had any issues. He is always ready for it.
