eat them? I figure chicken yes, but what about with the lamb meat? Wasn't sure if the lamb was off limits. Anyone know? I'm in the mood...

Re: Gyros - can we
It's always completely cooked through, so I can't see why not.
However, I don't know what additives they may add to those giant loaf meat spits. Maybe go to a place that makes a genuine gyro (it's supposed to be meat slices of raw meat marinated in garlic yogurt with mint, then stacked 100 slices on top of each other on the spit and then cooked)
Pita house on rt 112 (south shore) has killer real gyros... made fresh daily, all natural.

That sounds so good, but Rte 112 is like an hour and a half for me... maybe a road trip It'll be like Sanjay and Kumar go to White Castle or something.

it's a half hour for me too... but that place is worth it their food rocks! (for a tiny place in a strip mall, it's got a rather envious zagat rating)
if you decide to become Kumar and go, it's on the southboundside of the road, right after a nissan dealership I foget which town that is down there
