Is it ok to eat the chese dip you get at mexican restaurants like on the border? I am so craving it...

I would say yes.... I can't imagine them using any kind of soft cheeses to make the dip.

yeah, the only cheeses that are bad to eat are the ones that are "fresh" or unpasteurized, like brie, blue and goat cheeses and mozzarella. but even then i think it's ok if it's heated, not sure. that cheese dip is probably made with processed cheese food anyway, and definitely ok to eat.
