I can't deal with this
HEARTBURN anymore!!!!!
I can't sleep at night and now its bothering me during the day, and I'm eating so healthy too.

Nope, only to take tums, they help but only for so long....

It must be something with today... mine is the absolute worst it has ever been. The tums work for a total of 7 minutes after taking them 
Speak with your doc - my best friend had it this bad throughout her pregnancy and they allowed her to take something more preventive.

I had heartburn alot also, with both pregnancies. What seemed to help me (although not exactly healthy) was frozen yogurt.

So sorry, I know how you feel.
My dr also told me to make sure that I eat every two hours to help with the acids in the stomach..and the tums as well.

My dr told me to try tums, and then if I had to... progress to malox and then if I had to... onto Pepcid or zantac... and then onto a GI dr. I have been suffering terribly, also and I use tums and malox. HTH! Feel better

I SO hear you, it is horrible. Tums no longer even work for me at all so my doc has me taking pepcid. That only helps for a little bit. It is torture! Feel better

That's my only complaint about pregnancy - the fire in my chest!! My childbirth class teacher said to chew gum.
I find I eat a lot of dairy (drink milk, eat ice cream) to try to soothe it.

I HAD REAL BAD HEART BURN TOO.I HAD A BOTTLE OF TUMS AND A BOTTLE OF WATER BY MY BED..
I SLEPT WITH MY HEAD PROPED UP,DONT LIE FLAT,DONT EAT LATE AT NIGHT.IF THAT DONT HELP..DRINK MILK.TRY TO REMEMBER IF A CERTAIN FOOD IS WORSE FOR YOU.IF SO AVOID IT.RED SAUCES BOTHERED ME,SO I DIDN'T EAT THEM.IF I DID,I WOULD HAVE A BAD NIGHT..HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER

My doc gave me a script for Zantac and it helped immensly. Before that I couldn't sleep during my 1st pregnancy because the heartburn was so bad.

My heartburn is horrible too! At night, even water brings it on. I'm on Zantac, but it's not really doing much for me right now.
