This is not a good start
I met my friend at the diner yesterday and polished off and entire omelet, all the home fries, and the 2 pieces of toast. It was such a disgusting amount of food and the worst part is, I didn't even feel ill.

sounds like a familiar story...
the other morning i ate my scrambled eggs, toast, some home fries....finished hannah french toast, and some of DHs french fries...
we all have those meals when we just cant get enough!!!
and it feels so good!
(2 hours later, i was hungry again!!)

And THEN what did you have??  It's all good - as long as you didn't feel ill, you have to give in to your hunger cause God knows you can't fight it! ENJOY!
