Just got my AFP results
and everything is normal!!!
I am beyond happy I actually cried tears of joy. I am so emotional right now and so thankful!!!

I get mine on Monday. I am very hopeful that things will be fine. I had an exceptional ultrascreen.

The alphafetoprotein (AFP) test is a screening test drawn from maternal blood usually between 15-17 weeks gestation to help find babies who suffer from neural tube defects (NTD) or Down Syndrome.

did they take alot of bood for this test? At my first appointment they took like 4 viles so I want to be prepared!
