we own a BMW Z3 coupe, but we live in the city, our primary mode of transportation is
the train and our feet.
unless dh has to go to a client in LI, we only drive the car on weekends.
I have no idea if it is considered a high performance vehicle, but I like it fine.
convertables are fun!!!! 
sadly, the roasters are the convertibles...the coupes have a hardtop. for now, I'll have to settle for a sunroof and a big striking backend. 
eh... who doesn't love a good azz???

i have a honda accord - is that high or low performance. i guess i will vote low performance. i put a lot of daily miles on it.
fh has a ford explorer. he has a very short commute so we use his vehicle on the weekends and for trips.

SUVs - We have a CR-V and a RAV-4.
We like them b/c we get the feel of an SUV w/o having to kill ourselves w/ gas mileage - both of them get better MPGs than the SEDANS we had before them... they are both four cylinder vehicles.

my main car is a SUV
and my DH drives a sports car-
I try to make for it in other ways- I bring my own bags to the supermarket
and I walk there 90% if the time - I actually don't drive all that much

DH has a 2005 Pathfinder he uses for work and on the weekends

really? when I am driving around 80% of the cars on the road are SUVs
so the numbers really don't surprise me too much

Yea, I guess you're right. I just remember when SUVs weren't really the norm, and i personally question the necessity of it all. JMO.

I have a 2005 toyota corolla... I guess that is a sedan, it has 4 doors...would it be considered high perf?  I think so...it's very good on gas...
