I heard that too, but it was never confirmed.
If it does become a target I think the traffic issue will be fixed since it is bad right now anyway, with the people that are leaving there just pulling out and the merging lanes.

The DIRTMART!!!! That place is so scuzzy. The people that work there are scuzzy. Plus, the place is such an eyesore. That would be great if they closed it down and put up a target or anything but what it is now.
