Zooba....

I want to sign up for Zooba but I am having a problem signing up. I know that a few of you have used or are using it. Did you have any problems signing up?

What kind of problem? I seem to recall that it went smoothly when I did it.

Well I have tried to sign up like 4 times now. The 1st time I emailed them b/c I got some kinda message & I wasn't sure if it went through or not. Anyway they got back to me saying that they no record & to try aging. So I did & then asked them to confirm. They got back to me saying again no record & to try again with another cc card. I am still waiting to here back from them. You wouldn't have a phone # for them? Do you get a package in the mail b/4 you can start ordering?

No package, it's all done online.

It does not look like there is a number, just a customer service e-mail. I can check on my most recent invoice when I get home to see if there's a #, but I won't be home tonight till 9 or so. Let me know later if you are still having trouble.
