Octopus salad

Can I eat this while pregnant?? I'm pretty sure it's cooked. Octopus is okay to eat right?

Oh and while I'm at it - My doctor said don't eat cheeses that are sitting in water - like fresh mozzerella - but what if the cheese touches other food? Or other foods that sit in water - like olives?
Can food sitting in water carry bacteria?

My doctor told me to stay away from all shellfish and tuna because of the mercury levels.

I havent heard anything about the mozzarella, as long as the cheese is pasteurized its safe to eat.
