So I went for a sonogram this morning and no heartbeat.........
It really is upsetting but I know that it is better off since something must have been wrong
We are going to take some time off and try again soon with a FET as soon as we get the go ahead.
I am just sooo lucky that my DH is so wonderful 
***** Thank you all so much for your well wishes and support, it really means a lot to me 
Thankfully my family is in from Europe and staying with my DH and I - so today soon after the sonogram we headed into NYC and just got home around 11pm - I feel thankful they are here to take my mind off of everything............
Again thanks so much ladies and I hope to be able to post some positive news in the near future
