I have no idea how to go about getting a SA test done.

you can have it done from a RE office where they usually do it on site or at a urologist where they will have him produce a sample and bring it to a lab but it must be fresh and brought to a place within an hour and let them know that when you get there that you have a sample as soon as you get there...usually the urologist will tell you where to bring it I believe my dh brought it to quest. good luck
