Does anyone get migraines?
If so, what do you do since you can't take pain medication?

a close friend of mine got REALLY bad migraines her first trimester. i am not sure - check with your doctor - but i think you are allowed to take some pain meds like advil or tylenol, just not sure which ones are ok and which aren't.

I had horrible migraines in the 1st trimester. The only thing I took was extra strength Tylenol...didn't really help much though.

Same here. I would get them weekly the first trimester. Sit in a quiet, dark room and apply a cool washcloth the to back of your neck as well.

Yes, TERRIBLE migraines!!! I am right there with you although it's gotten a little better now that I am in the 2nd trimester but the 1st trimester was the worst. Luckily, that was the only thing I was suffering from during that time.
I took Regular Strength Tylenol, it took a little longer compared to Extra Strength to kick it but definitely helped.
Feel better, your not alone

I had a few really bad headhaches.... i tried not to take tylenol, even though i know it's fine. i usually ended up tryign to sleep it off.

I had horrible headaches in the beginning of my second trimester. I agree with 2 extra strength tylenol and some caffeine!
It usually did the trick!
