My OB said No! I used to take it often pre-pregnancy b/c I fly 2-3 round trip flights a month. She said I couldn't take it anymore.

I took it a lot pre-PG, but I noticed the same thing and stopped taking it.

no, too many vitamins at once. It is herbal too, which I think is a no.
