i'm not sure. he was running away from someone and got on the train but it closed on him and he had a box or something in his hand he had to let go

that was one of the best movies I have ever seen! I will watch it over and over. The box thing was his xray machine that he sells.

It was some bone density x-ray machine that he bought in the past (like a million of them). He had to sell them to make some money for the family...but they were "too advanced" for doctors and it was considered a luxury to have them.
I liked that movie.

it is!! imagine how he felt actually LIVING it!!!  SOO heartbreaking!!
but, it has a great ending, so thats what matters
