Leg cramps?
I woke up this morning with a bag leg cramp, usually when I walk around or go to the bathroom it goes away, but it didn't think time I still have it, and I'm so nervous that something is wrong....
Did anyone ever have a leg cramp that didn't go away? or took a while to feel better? I'm always thinking the worse!

drink water. I had them really bad (meaning that my leg would be sore from the cramp the entire day) throughout both pregnancies. My OB told me that I needed to drink more water (which was the last thing my already weak bladder needed to hear lol)

With DD#1 I used to get them so bad that my calves would be sore all day like I worked out like crazy.

See its not a cramp like that, its almost like RLS, like its pain from my upper left leg down to my foot, I feel like I have to stretch it out, its gone now thankgod, but its such an annoying feeling!!
