I got that one for my DH for Father's Day. He hasn't used it yet, but I expect he will over the summer when he's got DD alone (he's a teacher so he's off). I think it seems pretty functional...I mean a regular diaper bag would work fine too, but I liked it for him. I got mine at Redenvelope, don't remember the price but it's worth checking out.
