Spinoff to reusable bag...question

Hi all!
I am all about wanting to use those reusable grocery bags when I go to the store (which hasn't been for over a month, since Fresh Direct is SO nice) but the issue is this...we use those plastic bags for the kitty litter scooping daily..what else can I use instead of those plastic bags if I make the switch??

someone suggested to me that i use biodegradable disposable plastic diaper bags, they sell them at BRU and BBB.
