I'm so overwhelmed...
I've barely started Christmas shopping, my house is getting messier by the minute, my kids have every activity in the world this weekend, I have my husband's Christmas party tonight which I don't feel like going to, my mother is driving me crazy and I am stuck in an anxiety attack.
I could really used some hugs.

Take a 5 minute time out, go for a walk, sit in the bathroom, run the water etc.
Make a list of all the things you need to do and number then in priority.
Then work through the list crossing off as you go so you can feel some sense of accomplishment.
Try not to look at the big picture but the little things along the way.
I felt like you last week. This week my Christmas cards are here and almost ready to go out, I got stamps, my tree i up, I have half my shopping done.
