lol...wendy... i was CURSING the KP PO this morning - my office is supposed to lock the doors at 11. No more patients. done.
well I can't leave until the mail comes and i process all the EOBs and checks - about 1.5 hours. I'm usually out of work by 12, 12:30.
Today, the mailman didn't grace me with his presence until AFTER TWELVE... I just got home around 1:30.
BULL, i say!
Around 11:30, I called the PO and asked if they were delivering today - the dude checked our address, and said "oh yes, i see you close at 11. But it's after 11 and you're calling me?" YES, effer....'cause I'M WAITING FOR THE MAIL.

The line was actually OUT THE DOOR when I was there around 11:30!
