For those with broken/shattered bones
I have been popping Motrin the past 2 days from the cold. I have a plate and 9 screws in my ankle - boy the pain can get annoying at times.
Any other suggestions on what you do when the cold hurts?

Unfortunately, I've yet to find anything that's really worked well, though alieve takes the edge off for me a bit but I usuallly have to take two for it to work.

I have had my ankle reconstructed 3 times and I have 2 4 inch screws in it
I found that Bayer Back and Body helps me really well. My body is so immune to so many drugs because of what my body has been through
Im preggo right now, so regular Tylenol has to help me through

I have a metal plate and 8 screws in my arm and I haven't found anything that really works for me.
