I have some questions
Im about 5-6 weeks Can I still exercise I usually use the elliptical 3-4 times a week, and DH and I go walking on the track by our house 2 days a week. I dont go to the doc until Thurs so I havent asked him yet
Is Coke Zero the same as Diet Soda. I HATE regular soda. Its way too sugary for me and I know you really arent suppose to drink diet soda during pregnancy, but I checked the label and the Coke Zero doesnt seem to have the ingredient that makes diet soda diet

Re: I have some questions
You can keep exercising. Just take it down a notch. You are not suppossed to let your heart rate get too hgh (I think it is over 140, maybe someone else can confirm that?)
Don't know about the coke...

Re: I have some questions
Walking and the Elliptical trainer should be fine. Unless you hear otherwise from your doctor, keep your heart rate below 140.
Take it down a notch when lifting weights.
Don't do any workouts where you might trip, fall or lose your balance.
Good luck with the workouts. Listen to your body - don't push yourself if you are tired. The pregnancy will make you feel fatigued. I didn't have enough energy to work out in the very beginning. I had to wait until about week 10.
Not sure about the Coke, but my doctor said to avoid Aspartame (Equal) and Saccharine (Sweet & Low). Sucralose (Splenda) is the only artificial sweetner that seems to be ok.

Re: I have some questions
As far as the exercise goes, ditto to the previous posters, I think the difference between diet Coke & Coke Zero is Coke Zero is sweetened w/Splenda, if it has caffeine, you can only have a glass a day.

Re: I have some questions
yes, you can absolutely still excercise. my doctor told me to keep my heart rate below 150, but that i can do all the other regular activities. kudos to you if you have the energy to do it! i used to jog 3-4 times a week, but lost the energy during my 7th or 8th week. haven't got back into it.
